Uproars follow Zuma’s decision to remove finance minister, Nhlanhla Nene

The decision taken by the South African President, Jacob Zuma to remove the country's finance minister, Nhlanhla Nene had generated a lot of arguments, controversies, panic and condemnations from various angles.

The EFF said that the newly appointed minister, David Van Rooyen is unknown and inexperienced and that may affect SA' economy adversely.

Amid these heated controversies over the removal of Nene, the SA' s rand continuously plummeting in an unusual trend. South Africa 's rand has lost more than 5% of its value to that unexpected change of baton in the finance ministry.

The president Zuma later broke his silence by saying that Nhlanhla Nene is a candidate to be nominated to head the BRICS bank that would later be based in the country.

He also stressed that appointment of the new minister, Rooyen would not affect the fiscal policy of the country.
